Private integrative yoga €99: An 90 minute customized class including a free intake to prepare the class and determine the focus points. You will be guided trough a series of beneficial Asana’s (yoga postures) with detailed postural corrections, a personalized breathing exercise and meditation.

Package of private sessions €95: Including a free intake to determine a personalized plan. Each of the 5 sessions consists of an 90 minutes private and personalized class working towards a specific goal.

Pranayama €45: An 30 minute active session plus a free intake to prepare and personalize your session. Use your breath to remove toxins, gain energy, detox, release stress and anxiety. Expand your lung capacity and create a new flow of energy, allowing more oxygen to enter your body.

Meditation €45: An 30 minute personalized guided meditation including a free intake. The meditation technique and session will be completely adjusted to you. You are welcome to book a session whether you are new to meditation or meditate on a regular basis.

  • Therapeutic: To reduces stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, physical stiffness or pain like back pain or high / low blood pressure. To increase sleep and overall health. Yoga for menopause, diabetes, panic disorders, acidity, hypo- or hyperthyroidism.
  • Prenatal: Customized according your to the trimester you are in and your physical aches. To relax and strengthen the body, to feel more comfortable during your pregnancy and prepare your body (and mind!) for childbirth. Can be booked as a private session or a package of 5 sessions.
  • Yoga for Women: Connecting to your menstrual cycle and (also if you do not have a menstrual cycle) Yoga beneficial for the female organs and body. You are changing throughout your monthly cycle which means there are moments to explore your limits and other moments to gain energy instead of depleting yourself. Release menstruation symptoms and learn to give yourself what you need, when you need it.
  • Yoga Nidra: Yogic Sleep, resting in stillness, there is nothing you have to do. You lay down and I take you on a journey of deep relaxation. Allowing the body and mind to come into a state of healing and rejuvenation. 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra equals three hours of sleep. It activates the rest & digest state (parasympathetic nervous system) which helps to reduce insomnia, chronic stress and digestive issues.
  • Restorative: Letting go of all muscular effort is a bigger challenge than it might seem. Trusting the earth to hold and carry you completely, creating a deep mind-body release. Facing feelings of discomfort that we usually like to avoid in our day-to-day life. Using bolsters, pillows, blankets, sandbags and blocks to allow the body and mind to completely surrender into a posture. Holding the pose for a longer period of time makes this style of yoga also an ultimate way of increasing flexibility.

ABOUT the teacher. Annika is passionate about integrative Yoga with a daily self-practice for over 10 years and more than 6 years of international teaching experience in India, Asia and Holland. Teaching yoga teachers, groups and individuals. She had her own Yoga school in India and has been creating her own classes in Holland and Colombia. She enjoys bringing body awareness, fun, relaxation and confidence to beginners and experienced yogi’s. To help find relieve and strength within. With over 500 training hours in India and The Netherlands, she is certified and experienced in teaching Therapeutic Yoga, Hatha alignment, Prenatal yoga, Kids yoga and Senior yoga. She loves to share this practice and its benefits with you.
